No strength in yoga? Three movements strengthen triceps

The role of triceps brachii in yoga postures take five simple yoga postures as an example

.

Lower dog postures: start triceps brachii big arm to rotate four column support outward; start triceps brachii elbow to clip inclined plate inward; start triceps brachii to prevent elbow hyperextension

Upper dog postures: start triceps brachii to rotate shoulder backward side plate: start triceps brachii to prevent elbow hyperextension Put your left hand on the ball and your right hand on the ground

Inhale and straighten your arms

Repeat 10 times

Rest for 10 seconds and do another group

Simple version: hands on the ball 2 backhand squat, feet on the chair, right foot on the left leg

Sit with your hands on the edge of the chair and lift your hips out of the chair

Do two groups

.

Simple version: feet on the ground

Hard version: feet on the ball

.

Exhale, arm down, repeat 10 times, change sides

.

Do two simple versions: two knees on the ground, legs do not stretch back
