How to open your shoulders while practicing yoga at home?

Watching TV and mobile phones at home for a long time makes my shoulders and neck feel tired.

Why not do a simple yoga exercise so that I can DIY at home and focus on the body’s needs, such as the recommended poses for opening the shoulders and upper back today, which can alleviate shoulder and neck fatigue and boost my spirits.

1.

Vajra sit with arms stretched, knees together, hips and heels gripping the yoga belt (can be replaced by a towel), reaching straight up and opening and closing the eyes, holding for 1 minute.

In the fusion pose, align the knees with the hips, extend the chest forward and downward, and chin down for 1 minute.

Twist and lie down in a 3.8 shape, open the left hand to the left, and support the right foot in front of the chest.

Bend the right foot behind, step on the ground, and keep the left leg straight for 1 minute, changing sides.

Bow down, Bend the knees, grab the ankles back with both hands, lift the chest cavity, and take 10 breaths.

Wheel supine, bend the knees, step on the ground with both feet, inhale with both hands above the shoulders, lift the buttocks, head off the ground, and push the feet forward, and maintain 10 breaths from the chest cavity to the middle of the hands.

6.

Supine support fish supine, place a yoga block (can be replaced by a book) on the upper back and back of the head, and keep the assistive equipment used in the picture for 5 minutes.

It is best to keep it at home, If it is not available temporarily, replacing it with other items is very helpful for improving self practice.
