Today, I recommend a simple set of Yin Yoga stretching exercises for beginners.
A set of beginner level Yin Yoga ↓↓↓↓ Action 1: Sit upright, straighten your right leg forward to the right, bend your left leg, hold your left heel on the ground with both hands under your navel, extend your spine, hold a few breaths, and slowly fold forward.
Try to keep your spine extended, elbow down, and head fully relaxed for 3 minutes Action 2: On the basis of the previous pose, extend your spine, sit straight, and then turn to the right, Fold the forearm towards the right thigh and hold it for 3 minutes.
Action 3: On the basis of the previous pose, sit up straight and extend the spine and then extend to the right.
Open the chest with the right elbow propped up on the outside of the right knee, and hold for 3 minutes.
Repeat the above three actions on the other side.
Relax: Sit up, bend the knee with both hands propped back, let the knee land to the left, and then slowly repeat the action 5 times left and right to the ground.
Action 4: Sit up, straighten the right leg forward, Bend the left leg, step on the outside of the right knee, twist and turn to the left, press the right elbow against the outside of the left knee, and hold the left hand on the ground for 3 minutes.
Switch sides.
Action 5: Bend the legs, touch the palms of the feet, open and sink the knees in front of the abdomen, fold the body forward, and hold the small arms on the ground for 3 minutes.
Action 6: Sit up, straighten the legs, and hold both hands back on the ground, extend the fingertips toward the rear chest cavity, and hold the head back for 3 minutes.
Action 7: Lie down, Keeping your small arms on the ground, elbows aligned with your shoulders, and your head up for 3 minutes.
Action 8: On the basis of the previous pose, hold your hands on the ground, fingertips facing outward, arms extended, and back of your neck relaxed for 3 minutes.
Action 9: Hold your elbows on the ground again, and back of your head relaxed for 3 minutes.
Action 8: Hold your big toes together, heels apart, hips sitting, heels apart, chest in the middle of your knees, hands extended forward, Forehead Relaxation and Holding for 3 Minutes Action 10: Finally, relax in the pose of the upright, lie on your back, open your legs, and hold your palms up for 10 minutes.
