At first glance, it is all external body level, really focusing on yoga itself, but few people practice when they are still.
When I first opened the studio, I was also influenced by the people around me.
I arranged some easy-to-understand timetables, but I felt more and more fragmented.
Obviously, my practice is not like this, but should I take classes like this? It’s not that such content is not good, but everyone’s needs are different.
A few years ago, when I first came into yoga, I also liked this kind of course.
I had a strong stretch and sweated a lot before I felt sour and cool.
I only pursued external things.
I was very happy when I lost weight.
I would be very depressed when I gained 0.1kg.
I felt very guilty when I ate something…
But at the moment, with the experience of the past few years, I reconciled with myself and began to appreciate myself and accept myself, Get along with yourself slowly.
Slowly understand that even if the waistcoat line is beautiful, they will gradually disappear with age.
The inner abundance can make us more and more comfortable, so the atmosphere of the yoga studio outside is no longer suitable for me.
Then create a space by yourself.
This space doesn’t need to be large or complicated, just comfortable.
We don’t have a mirror, nor a weight scale.
When we see ourselves in practice through the mirror, we will immediately disconnect from the body, and pay attention to the beauty and ugliness of the external posture! Yoga practice may not make you have a waistcoat line, but after a long time of practice, you will not get fat.
Because with practice, your awareness will become better, your link with the body will become deeper, and your demand for food will also change.
The purification and absorption functions of the body will also change, which will affect your mood and heart…
In the past, you may feel that you need to practice a lot of postures and sweat a lot, It is good to be in good condition.
Now, when you practice, it’s good to sweat a little, stretch out, and be introverted.
Each state can be accepted with ease, instead of blindly pursuing postures.
The studio is also open for one person.
A friend said, “If one person has a class, isn’t it a great idea to teach others privately?” I think teaching is sharing, many people are sharing, and one person is sharing.
It doesn’t matter whether it is cost-effective or not.
