New Yoga Life

Yoga is a good medicine to cure everything!

Yoga has a history of more than 5000 years, but many people have not realized that yoga is mainly focused on breathing and meditation, in order to get rid of the secular world and achieve physical and mental integration.

The postures developed in yoga in recent centuries (“asana”, one of the eight branches of yoga) are designed to prepare the body for long periods of meditation.

Although yoga has evolved into a kind of physical exercise in many places, it has a deeper impact on the spiritual level.

All the strength you need can be found in yourself.

All the flexibility and space you create in each position are also in you.

The more open you are, the more willing you are to accept and give love and energy to the people around you.

Here are some good feelings from yoga: If you expect others to love you, you must love yourself first.

We are often very strict with ourselves and put forward many requirements on our bodies.

Yoga helps me see that the only life I can directly control is my own life.

I spend the most time with myself.

I should be kind to myself and love myself so that I can love others as much as I can.

When you have confidence in yourself, your relationship with others will also be established.

2.

All the space, flexibility and strength you need are in your body.

When waiting to use it to make excuses for not doing yoga, people often say “I’m not flexible enough” or “I can’t do handstand”.

At the beginning, I can hardly touch my toes.

After practice, it is the easiest.

Yoga is not about “good enough” or natural flexibility or mastering advanced posture; It just needs to practice every day and challenge your body as much as you can.

3.

When disconnected and reconnected, we often get lost on the screen, constantly check whether our mobile phone has new news, and subconsciously desire to be needed by others and establish contact with others.

Turn off your mobile phone for at least one hour every day to focus on your body, which reminds me that life is our feeling, not suspended in the invisible cyberspace.

4.

Go through the turning point of your life gracefully, so that you will not deviate from your central point.

When learning a new balance posture or being thrown into a new environment, you naturally want to retreat to avoid failure.

The balance posture reminds me that I can’t achieve the full posture on the first day, but if I push myself slowly and gracefully every day, it will gradually come.

This also reminds me that the only way to learn how to maintain posture is to fall after countless attempts to fully engage.

To succeed in balance posture, you must be highly focused.

If someone gives you negative emotions, it is because he/she has taken away energy from you and returned to love yourself.

If you understand your self-worth, you will not let others have negative emotions, because you will over-invest and accept the appreciation and multiplied positive emotions of others around you.

6.

Enjoy your body, dive into the ocean of consciousness and concentrate on deep breathing in class, reminding me that I have a normal body and a normal sense, so that I can carry out physical activities and experience physical feelings.

7.

It is natural to fall or feel uncomfortable when you find your strength to learn a new posture in your weakness.

Similarly, feel confident about what you want, that is, not afraid of others’ rejection or failure, which can help you gain the potential for success.

8.

We are all connected by energy lines.

The energy we release will not only affect us, but also affect the people around us.

It is important to consider why our actions change the behavior of others.

When I am with an energetic person, it will affect me.

Namaste at the end of yoga class.

In Sanskrit, it roughly means “I bow to your inner god”.

This is the goodness in me and somewhere in you.

We should not see each other’s shortcomings, but should try to find the connection line of kindness and humanity that connects us all..
