It’s really “fragrant”.
“Practice today 🌸 Some flowers bloom all the year round.
It may take many years.
For example, Sister Ling rolled back.
Today, “just a few lines of text” bloomed, displaying the joy of the teacher.
I was infected, and my sense of smell was activated in an instant.
It seemed that I could smell the fragrance of flowers, which was unique in the world and belonged to Sister Ling.
As a curious baby, I wonder why this flower blooms at this time? Fortunately, the teacher was a conscientious person and didn’t let me wait too long, so he revealed the answer in the following text.
Sister Ling, the last action of Astonga’s sequence, ‘Roll Back’, has been unlocked.
I joked: ‘Everyone says that the older you get, the worse you become She said: 5 years of sharpening a sword, the previous practice is all accumulation and preparation.
Because Sister Ling has two segments of her cervical intervertebral disc protruding, compressing the nerves.
She just came to practice that meeting, and she often felt dizzy and stood unsteadily.
Over the years, I have paid special attention to her practice safety.
I just learned SetuBandh ā For a long time, I would hold her to practice the Sana Head Bridge.
When she rolled back, I also asked me to help her to avoid neck injury.
One year, two years…
five years have passed, but she has not been able to finish the back roll independently.
I hope she can do it by herself, but I can’t force her.
After all, she is over 60 years old, and her cervical vertebra is still prominent.
It’s a bit like the mother duck saw that all the other ducklings jumped into the water and swam, and another ducklings dared not go into the water.
If you can’t hurry, just wait for the opportunity.
Today, I assisted Sister Ling to roll backwards.
For the first time, I felt that her hands and legs did not cooperate at all.
I asked her to do it again.
The second time, it seemed that she could coordinate.
I didn’t use much force, so she could roll over.
The third time, she turned over herself, and there was no pressure or discomfort in her neck.
I was surprised and pleased that she succeeded.
The backward roll can be easily completed, which means that she has completed a sequence of high quality.
Today, at the age of 62, she has practiced Ashtanga for 5 years.
It turns out that this is an interactive story between teachers and students.
After reading it, I feel very motivated.
I will be moved by this 62 year old sister.
Tom, is it difficult? It should not be too difficult for young people to learn and practice Ah Tang, because they are young and have strong physical flexibility and repair ability; But for the elderly, I think it takes courage, confidence and patience to learn and practice Ah Tang.
After all, time makes people old, and practice needs to be slow, not impatient.
This elder sister has been cooking soup silently for 5 years, and finally finished the sequence of Ah Tang gracefully.
She has graduated.
How awesome! At the same time, I also felt the teacher’s joy, which should be too difficult.
Sister Ling has been making soup for five years.
He has many responsibilities, both as a leader, a companion and a witness.
When he realized that Sister Ling Ah Tang had graduated in a sequence, I wondered if he would suddenly burst into tears.
The little things in his mind flashed in the past five years.
He tasted the bitterness and joy again, which was the “secret” between him and Sister Ling.
This A-tang authorized teacher is Zou Jie from Guangzhou Mysore Classroom of Astonga (21/100 Yoga Stories | From Bronze to King, the 13 year struggle history of Astonga authorized teacher!), He is a seven foot man.
He is quite tall and dignified in the classroom.
His private words are so exquisite and direct to the people’s hearts.
I wonder how many schoolmates in the classroom, even Tang practitioners, will cry? I always believe that words are powerful.
Whether men or women, as long as they have feelings, words will be endowed with magical power.
They will inadvertently pass through the hearts of the people they are destined to meet.
Although it is only a light stroke, it is as deep as the bone marrow and will not go away for a long time.
Even if this stroke will bring tears, it must also be full of tears of joy, tears of gratitude, tears of hope…
just because of empathy, just because of joy.
It’s wonderful to think about it.
The teacher expresses his emotions through words, which will affect more Ah Tang practitioners through time and space, and may also arouse their emotions in the heart.
Tears are an expression of emotions.
Can I say that tears are also a transmission of happiness and joy, as well as the joy of harvest season? As a calm onlooker, I can imagine the joy of the teacher and Sister Ling at that moment, but I don’t have a sour nose and can’t control it because there is less sense of participation.
I once stayed in the classroom for a short time of two weeks and saw Sister Ling’s hard work, but I haven’t had a chance to talk to her deeply.
Here, I would like to make a small wish to talk with her about her five years’ experience.
I hope that the stories with a sense of substitution can let us have a look at yoga and know more about Ah Tang.
Most of the time, it is our cognition that limits our choices.
Because we don’t understand, we pass by regretfully, and this miss may be a lifetime.
