Vicky is one of those people who occasionally exercise.
Her physical condition is very ordinary.
After yoga class, she found that she would sweat a lot.
Sometimes her feet are soft, but her body feels very light.
Because of her poor strength, she spent more time in cooking, but when she thought that she had paid the money, she would bite her teeth and finish the class.
After 20 lessons, Vicky began to realize his change.

This feeling made Vicky firm in her determination to practice yoga, and she joined other mothers to practice yoga with different teachers.
Although the yoga teacher she met can practice Ah Tang himself, the way of teaching may not be traditional and will choose the way of shouting commands every time.
She found that her physical condition and physical ability were far from those of other mothers.
It was the sense of defeat that the school slag met the school bully.
The mother next to her can enter the pose with one breath, but she can’t catch up with that rhythm.

When the COVID-19 broke out, Vicky wanted to keep practicing at home.
Although she wore yoga clothes every day, she failed to walk on the mat once.
For three full months, she kept repeating herself in this way.

She realized that it was time to pick up yoga and began to practice with the teacher.
By the end of 2020, Vicky will be able to practice himself.
Even in the cold winter, the cold floor will not stop her from practicing yoga.
