I can’t believe it’s yoga! Before, I practiced yoga in the gym.
Every time I practiced yoga, I was nervous and full of challenges, just like experiencing the baptism of a storm.
Now, it is as simple and easy as a gentle breeze and a gentle rain.
Can this kind of yoga be effective? Teacher Tan told us that classical yoga can lead us to eternal stability, peace and joy by cultivating both body and mind.
What a tall yoga! The self-confidence, piety and sincerity of the two teachers, as well as their unique composure, peace and calmness, made me believe, but want to experience more.
After one month, we have established preliminary cognition and superficial perception.
Soon, I entered an 8-day yoga camp.
Teacher He, with his spring like language, extensive knowledge and rich yoga experience, told us about hatha yoga, and slowly, the beautiful and magical door of classical hatha yoga opened to us.
We have learned that in physiological anatomy, the nine systems, seven organizations, five elements of material emptiness, wind, fire, water and earth, and how the various tissues and material elements of the human body function and affect the physical body, essence, qi and spirit, which is the theoretical support of yoga; We have learned that the practice of asanas is the basis of yoga.
There are 15 classic asanas in The Light of Hatha.
The correct practice of asanas will lead to a healthy, light, stable and open mind and body; I also learned about the six factors that contribute to the success of hatha yoga practice and the six factors that will hinder the success of yoga practice.
From theory to practice, we practiced 6-8 groups of traditional classical yoga postures; There are three kinds of cleansing techniques, such as water nirvana, small business card and holy light breath regulating; The exercises prepared before the three kinds of breath control methods, including Lion, Tongue Lock, and Brahma Sutra, and the clearing of channels and collaterals breath control method and the successful breath control method.
The 8-day intensive training has established confidence and laid a good foundation for my future yoga study.
In the following year, learning classical yoga has become an important part of my life.
Whether it’s windy or rainy, hot or cold, the yoga studio will open whenever there is time.

Listening to the guidance of Teacher He, the legs and hands were heavy as if they were filled with lead, slowly, slowly, dragging the heavy arm and thigh muscles up.
Zombie style, “Lie down, completely relax, relax…”, with the guidance of Teacher He, the upper part of the body sinks and then the lower part sinks and sinks, and the whole body is paralyzed on the ground, feeling the sense of openness slowly expands, and the body corridor gradually disappears, integrating with the room and the earth.
Only the thigh air flow moves up and down, beating with the heart, reminding the existence of the self.
Relax, and feel the posture is practiced to a deeper level of the body; Relaxed, the experience of blood flow, pulse beating and nerve signal transmission in the body will be clearer after practice.
I think if we apply “relaxation” and “awareness” to our life, we will be well aware of the present and live a more leisurely and elegant life.

After reading the Bhagavad Gita and Yoga Sutra, I listened to the simple teaching of Mr.
