Why can’t many people sit straight when yoga seems simple?

To practice yoga, simple sitting is a sitting posture that must be practiced at the beginning, but often you will find that the more simple it is, many people can’t sit straight! In fact, most of the problems are caused by the weakness of the core and back muscles.

When the core is weak, it is easy to cause the pelvis to tilt back, which is easy to cause the state shown below! The solution is very simple.

It can be solved by practising more postures to strengthen the core and back muscle strength.

Infant posture enters infant posture to regulate breath for 3-5 minutes 02.

Inclined plank enters inclined plank shoulder, vertical wrist core, gluteus, and back tighten and stay for 5-8 breaths 03.

Upper dog posture is prone, enter upper dog posture, push the ground with both hands, expand the chest and clavicle, tighten the core, extend the spine and stay for 5-8 breaths 04.

Lower dog posture returns to lower dog posture, adjust for 5-8 breaths 05.

Standing forward bending returns to forward bending from lower dog posture, stay for 5 breaths 06 Back to Mountain Pose, stay 3-5 breaths 07.

Exit from Mountain Pose in Triangular Stretch Pose, and enter Triangular Stretch Pose.

Split your legs about one leg away from your right foot and turn outward.

Inhale and stretch your spine.

Hold your right foot.

Straighten your left hand up and tighten your core.

Stay 5-8 breaths and change sides 08.

Squat down and pray.

Exit from Triangular Stretch Pose, squat down, and enter Prayer Pose.

Breathe out from your feet, knees, and tighten your core The perineum feels that the back stays straight for 5-8 breaths 09.

Sitting twist sitting position, legs straightened, toes hooked back to the right leg straightened, left leg bent, right elbow placed on the outside of the right thigh to oppose each other and inhale, extend the spine, exhale, twist and stay for 5-8 breaths, and change the other side to 10.

Relax and lie on the back, and relax physically and mentally for 3-5 minutes.
