Satkriya satkriya is the foundation of Kundalini Yoga and the most effective kriya to repair and reverse the damage caused to our system by stress and drug use.
It is recommended to add satkriya for at least 3 minutes to our daily practice.
The benefits include: ◆ satkriya helps cure sexual dysfunction (including sexual incompetence, premature ejaculation, and sexual phobia) by strengthening the whole personality system and the free flow of stimulating energy.
It balances sexual impulses by guiding sexual energy into our body systems and makes this valuable creative energy available to all our creative activities.
◆ people suffering from mental and emotional disorders can benefit from practicing satkriya because it can balance and guide the unbalanced and chaotic energy in the next three rounds.
◆ through this set of exercises, rhythmic exercise, sexual energy is distributed to the whole body, and we can improve the overall health of the body and strengthen the heart.
◆ satkriya activates and guides Kundalini energy to nourish our entire system and awaken our awareness.
Sat Kriya # guide sits on heels with arms up over your head, elbows close to your ears, fingers crossed and index fingers straight up.
Sing Satnam at a steady rhythm, 8 times every 10 seconds or at a rhythm you feel comfortable with.
Be careful not to sing faster and faster.
Sing from the area of Dantian and solar plexus, tighten the navel to the spine when singing sat, and relax the abdomen when singing Nam.
(“Satnam” rhymes with “butmom”).
This creates a wavy motion in the spine.
Sat creates an upward wave in the spine.
When Nam, the wave flows down with the spine.
Focus on the inner contraction of the elixir field, but don’t consciously shrink the root lock.
The muscles used to contract Dantian are connected with the muscles used to retract the root lock, so this lock will occur naturally.
It is not the only action that the SATM will slightly flex the upper and lower arms with the chest.
At the end, inhale deeply, hold your breath, gently retract the lock, and use the muscles of anus, sexual organs, perineum, diaphragm and neck to let the energy flow up the spine and through the top of the head.
Exhale hard.
Inhale deeply, exhale, hold your breath outside, and use your body lock.
When holding your breath, you can use the body lock several times.
Body locks are used to balance and mix prana and Apana when breathing in and out.
If you haven’t taken the medicine or have cleared the influence of the medicine in the whole system, you can choose to practice this Kiya by opening the palms of both hands and pressing the palms of both hands.
This method can release more energy, but because some people may be vulnerable to drug abuse, their nervous system may not be taught in open courses.
Moreover, it is more difficult to maintain posture when the fingers are not crossed.
Last for at least 3 minutes.
The time can be slowly extended to 31 minutes, but 5-11 minutes is better.
One way to gradually extend the time is to start with 2-3 minutes, then rest for 3-5 minutes, and then repeat the practice for 2-3 minutes.
Rest for 3-5 minutes.
Or simply add one minute a day, or the time you feel is right for you.
Always enter a deep and long rest immediately after the end.
The longer you practice satkriya, the longer you need to rest in order to integrate energy.
Never get up immediately after practicing this kriya.
Give your body some time to integrate the effects of practice.
You want to internalize these benefits.
Note: this classic satkriya exercise can be done alone, or added at the end of a warm-up exercise or at the end of a set of exercises.
It injects sexual energy into our entire system, up to our brain and raises Kundalini energy.
Respect the power of this technology, let this kriya heal your body and prepare your body for a higher level of experience.
This is not just an exercise – it is a kriya that acts on all levels of existence, known and unknown, conscious, unconscious, and subconscious.
Satkriya activates subtle energy.
This is not an aerobic exercise.
If you force your body to over train, you may block the flow of energy and miss the subtle experience of advanced energy.
Too much stimulation may bring you a huge energy shock or fleeting energy experience, but it cannot be integrated into your heart.
So equip yourself with perseverance, patience, and moderation.
Transformation is guaranteed..
