This is a 3-month course for beginners and experienced learners.
The course provides a unique opportunity for you to learn and consolidate a series of simple and effective UBA yoga exercises designed by Saguru.
This course allows you to deepen the practice experience and maintain continuous practice in a comfortable environment at home or in the office.
The course will teach yoga heshili, a simple and powerful system that can activate the lumbar region of the spine, strengthen the muscles along the spine and prevent the collapse of the spine caused by age.
The course also includes sashtanga (eight point landing), a simple and effective pose designed by Saguru, which can increase the oxygen content in the blood without the assistance of external equipment.
