Turn the exercise into a ‘fine-tuning’ style

Yesterday, I cleaned up the “new building” first, and then went to measure it carefully before selecting wallpaper, making advertisements, and other matters.

Suddenly, I found that there were many small problems when measuring the specific tasks after “cleaning”.

Just like practicing yoga, all we see with our eyes are rough surfaces, whether the posture looks good or not, whether the legs are straight or not, it is difficult to detect the length of breathing and whether the breath is stable when doing this posture.

So when we slow down to do postures, we will find that we can’t do them anymore.

It seems that even good postures are not so stable.

If we treat practice as a series of “minor adjustments”.

By aligning the structure and injecting breath into the adjustment process, you will find that your body will not get tired and you can easily complete the pose with your eyes closed.

However, it is still quite difficult to set this neutral position properly.
