We have found that when we practice yoga postures and breath control techniques, this balance naturally occurs.

At the end of good practice, there is an inner sense of balance, as if the breath is flowing evenly between the left and right meridians, or it may be resting on the midrib.

If you practice yoga regularly but do not reach this balance level quickly, it may indicate that you are sick, but more likely it is a sign that your practice lacks internal form and awareness.

Similarly, like all exercises, if you cultivate continuous and deepening practice, these are simply observable indicators, some reference points for consciousness.
