The correct practice sequence for yoga: why do we need to do forward bending first instead of straight backward bending?

After participating in the live stream of “Flow Yoga Online Practice” on August 23rd, I have gained a deeper understanding of yoga.

I realized that in the past, I often neglected the extension of my spine when practicing, so that when practicing some postures, I would feel tension and soreness in my lower back.
