I, Angel Astonga, a 9-year practitioner, and the leader himself published two books in total. In 2019, I practiced in the leader of India. Because the practice was boring in the morning and afternoon, I translated the leader’s first book of the first sequence style, and the translated version has been published on this official account (this style book has been published in traditional Chinese in Taiwan in 2022). In February of this year, I asked my Indian friends who were practicing in the Master’s class to bring back the second version of the book published by the Master. Now, I will do my best to translate and share this book with yoga practitioners. I am not an English major, but a translation professional. I simply do something meaningful in my free time.
