Come and “pay attention” to Zhicheng Academy to promote the construction of the second classroom of the academy system and enrich the extracurricular life of college students.

On Friday afternoons from April 16 to May 21, 2021, Zhicheng College held a four time “Mentor Salon” activity.

(During this period, the activity was suspended on April 30 and May 14 due to holidays and vaccination.) We specially invited the college mentor Yi Zheyun as the guest of the activity, leading everyone to get to know themselves and experience the wisdom in yoga.

About 10 Zhicheng students participated in this event.

Teacher Ant Zheyun first takes everyone to start with basic yoga movements, such as meditation and prayer poses; Next, slightly increase the difficulty and lead everyone to start stretching movements for the back, legs, etc., so that everyone can gain a deeper understanding of their body’s muscle nerve connections and better utilize their muscles in daily life and sports.

Teacher Ant has also increased the difficulty of this and set up some more difficult movements for us to practice, such as half standing, back bending, wheel position, etc.
