The theme of Life Yoga covers the meditation of Buddhism in three aspects, but it is called “Inductive Yoga” in the practice of Vajrayana; Zen is called “daily Zhongxing Zen”.
For convenience, it is called “life yoga” here; It is a well-known term in society.
Life Zen is a very important part of yoga, and Inductive Yoga is commonly found in all 3 “C” principles.
Even Mahayana and Mahayana should integrate yoga practice into daily living, sitting and sleeping.
Generally, people who lack religious belief tend to pursue fame and fortune; They will forgive themselves for such bad habits and bad deeds as slackness, relaxation, and delusion, and they don’t know how to take precautions.
Buddhist disciples are different.
For an orthodox Buddhist, time is very precious: one mind for practice, one mind for Buddha; One moment of practice, one moment of Buddha; A day of practice is a day of Buddha.
Therefore, his meditation life is full of daily classes, and only between meditation is his rest time.
A.
This part of the principle is an introduction, which means that the life of meditation on the right track is a life of strict discipline and nearly rigorous exercise.
1.
Through the practice of listening, thinking, and wisdom, yogis have proved the truth of Buddhism from the changes of the universe and the circulation of life processes; This central thought and final truth of Buddhism cannot be confused with other thoughts and theories.
Most Buddhists have never studied the Buddhist classics of Mahayana and Mahayana; I also don’t know the teachings, doctrines and precepts of Buddhism, so I am always eager to meditate.
Due to their lack of basic knowledge of Buddhism and even their lack of understanding of how to talk about Zen, they are now busy to gain experience in Zen.
2.
Zen beginners should declare to the ten parties: “Today, I have become a disciple of the Three Treasures.
All I say and do should respect the teachings of the Buddha, practice good deeds and virtues, and eliminate bad deeds and bad habits.” Such a declaration is like an oath of loyalty, a new life; It is very important for us ordinary people to encourage Zen practitioners to commit themselves to the 183 article of the Fa Ju Jing: “We should learn to do good and stop sin and nausea.”.
Mr.
Chen explained that faithful Buddhists should take all the teachings of the Buddha, namely, the Sutra, the Law and the Sanzang Canon, as the basis for their practice.
3.
Try to practice the Great Bodhi Path and save all sentiments in the world.
If there is no Bodhicitta, how can a yogi practice his life yoga? 4.
A yogi should know exactly what stage he or she is in and what can he or she practice? Is it Mahayana? Mahayana? Or Vajrayana Zen? He (she) should review himself rather than deceive himself.
In this way, we can know exactly what kind of Zen is suitable for us.
5.
According to the order of practicing Zen, a yogi can develop a set of central ideas, such as: a.
If he is in the stage of practicing Mahayana Zen, the Mahayana practitioner should have the following Zen concepts: no self, complete practice of separation, practicing the essence of suffering, and good and good precepts; In daily life, he devotes his whole body and mind to the car industry.
B.
After the completion of the practice of the small multiplication gate, and then enter the meditation of the sublimation of the Mahayana emptiness, the Mahayana practitioner should: i understand the emptiness of the human method, that is, the human and the method have no ego, and their essence is emptiness.
This is the first step of Mahayana.
Ii It can be seen that the truth is the emptiness of the Dharma body.
The essence of Dharma Body can be understood from the noumenon of emptiness; I also understand that all sentient beings share the same Dharma body.
Iii Because of the enlightenment of the Dharma Body, Mahayana practitioners believe that “all men are my father and all women are my mother” and are connected with all the six sentient beings in the same body – the Dharma Body.
The Dharma Body thus accommodates all sentiments of good and evil; This enlightenment makes Mahayana practitioners feel sad.
Iv From this, the great compassion of the same body sends out Bodhicitta.
A traveler must have the concentration of Kongshan and practice the Six Degrees Method tirelessly in order to carry out the endless life.
It is the essence of Mahayana Buddhism to transform the origin of emptiness into the heart of Bodhi through the sublimation of emptiness, and it is also a must for Yogis to do further Vajrayana practice.
C.
After the completion of Mahayana practice, the yogis will move towards the ultimate target of meditation – Vajrayana.
Everyone has the Buddha nature, breaking a point of ignorance will prove a point of Dharma body, and eventually become a Buddha; Under the Vajra multiplication gate, it can reappear.
The key point of Vajrayana is that the traveler should have Buddha’s heart and wish; The behavior should be consistent with the Buddha, and the Buddha with great saints, great wisdom and great compassion should be born.
From ordinary people to Buddhahood, we should follow the highest Vajrayana teachings and do altruistic and good things.
As for meditation, a yogi should follow the argument of the sanyana and practice, and then fully integrate the three kinds of meditation into his consciousness; Otherwise, it would be extremely unwise to talk about life yoga.
B.
Practice the following chapters, and I will give some examples from the meditation of the Trinity.
A traveler will find that the holistic and systematic meditation argument put forward in this book is very flexible.
He can gradually practice various meditation methods, and he can improve every day.
Here, I must emphasize that the following examples are by no means mandatory; Travelers must consider their adaptability and continuously evaluate it.
First of all, I would like to introduce the comprehensive Zen method of “three in one”; Then there are some examples of life yoga.
1.
When a yogi is ready to get up, the first step is to wake up his mind – otherwise, he may never get up, so this is the main and necessary step.
If he is practicing Vajrayana, there are many vajrayas holding Dharma drums who may call him loudly.
If he is a Mahayana walker, many heavenly daughters will also arouse his soul with music.
However, the riders may not see any deities, but only hear the call from the Buddha himself.
