When I like to practice a certain posture, what I like is not the posture itself, but the sense of achievement and identity that can be brought by doing this posture! When I don’t like to practice a certain posture, it actually shows that I don’t accept and disagree with myself.

Through the awareness of emotion during practice, you can clearly see the relationship between me and others.

When the inner strength is not strong enough, the more insecure the sense of security is, the stronger the perseverance will be when practicing.

Practicing yoga seems to make your body strong, but it actually makes your heart strong.

What if the mind is strong enough and the posture can’t be done? This pose has been achieved.

Maybe there are thousands of individual poses that you can’t do.

If you can’t do it, you are persistent.
