Yoga is a health science that cultivates our confidence, courage and potential.
It is also a good way to relax our body and mind and relieve fatigue.
Continuous practice can relieve the body stiffness caused by life and work, relieve the discomfort symptoms such as cervical and lumbar fatigue, and also play a role in shaping the body and detoxifying health.
1、 Training content: Through the exercise of a series of postures, master the control of the body and breathing, make the body functions run orderly, and obtain inner peace.
2、 Recruitment target: adults 18 years old and above with zero or certain yoga foundation.

Training time: 19:15-20:15 every Friday, February 17, 2023.

Enrollment number: 16 (until full).

Class hour arrangement: 12 class hours in total (1 hour per class hour).

Training location: dance classroom on the fourth floor of the cultural center.
