Speaking of the significance of yoga and Ah Tang to her, na said, “Yoga is a turning point in my life.
Now, yoga can’t bring me any income, but I have given up most of my previous income because of yoga, but I don’t feel lost at all.
The real important thing in life is not money, but the heart is more important.
If my heart is big enough, the things I have lost will meet my daily needs in other ways.
Therefore, it is most important to let my heart settle down.

” Admittedly, na is a unique existence, she has got rid of the shackles of money, and all this will not happen in an instant.
Changes can only be hidden under the daily practice and baptism on the yoga mat again and again.

She gave up fitness, dancing and dancing and only concentrated on yoga.
In 2012, na began to get involved in yoga.
She was attracted by the environment of the yoga studio and found that she felt good about the practice.
She was deeply impressed by the quiet appearance of the yoga teacher, so she wanted to keep practicing.
However, at that time, her yoga practice was not specific and could be described as intermittent.
In a week, in addition to yoga classes, she also has fitness classes and dancing, her main purpose is to lose weight.
When experiencing yin yoga, na felt it was too difficult.
It was torture to insist on a posture for 3-5 minutes.
Like the beam angle pose, it is as easy as a palm for a person with flexible hips, but her hips are naturally tight.
After entering the pose, her knees can’t be higher.
If she keeps it for a long time, she will feel painful and even want to say dirty words.
Even if she attends yoga classes with other topics, her body will be “painful” after a class because she is born tight.
In the face of pain, some people will easily shrink back, but na is different.
she seems to be able to have fun in yoga, perhaps because of her meticulous observation.
When she was in her twenties, she lost weight blindly, which led to the decline of her physical fitness, and occasionally she could not breathe.
Once she did strenuous exercise, her breathing was not enough.
Every time she practices yoga, she finds that her heart is not so fast, and her breathing will not be too fast.
After a lesson, her body is soft, and she can feel relaxed, and the whole person can be quiet.
On the other hand, although she was sweating a lot, her physical and psychological feelings were not relaxed after the yoga class, and her stress relief was not obvious.
By 2017, health was still the driving force of na’s continuous exercise, but she gradually gave up her previous fitness, dance, and dance exercises, and only retained yoga.
At that time, she met a male teacher who taught asana very well.
She happened to catch up with the teacher who opened a studio on his own, so she followed him steadfastly.
Recalling the practice state at that time, na described that most people could do the poses, but she could not, so she was eager to open her body quickly.
In yoga classes, it is inevitable that she will compare with others, and sometimes she will deny herself, such as the posture of standing and grasping big toes.
When all the students around stood there steadily, she kept shaking, the terminal station was unstable, and she fell down, which made her very embarrassed.

She said, “One day after class, when I went downstairs, I felt that my legs were not my own and would float.” She analyzed that maybe my body was open, and my blood was relatively smooth, so my feet were light.
In class, the teacher will naturally reveal some content of yoga philosophy, which makes na more like it.
As a result, she has studied with this teacher for more than two years, and she is strict with herself with high standards.

From then on, she decided to practice Ashtanga Yoga.
