Yoga reading notes | Yoga training notes | Yoga practice insights | Yoga stories | Yoga and life (This is a column about Yoga stories, and the main characters are you, me and others.

If this story can touch your heart strings, even if only for a moment!) Yu Bing started backpacking alone from the summer vacation of the first grade of high school, and went to Anji, Nanxun and Wuzhen; In the summer vacation of my junior year, I went abroad alone for the first time, first to Nepal, and finally to India; From March 2013 to January 2014, she went to Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia, New Zealand and Australia…

We will all admire her when we see such introductions, but in fact, traveling is just a habit that her parents inadvertently cultivated from childhood to childhood.

From primary school, when summer vacation comes, she will be led around the country by her sales father.

In junior high school, high school and university, traveling alone has become a familiar skill for her, and the destination has expanded from Jiangsu and Zhejiang to all parts of the country and the world.

“The state in the journey is my most comfortable state, which is a freedom to break through the framework.

The uncertainty in the journey will make the framework in life disappear, and I can have more creativity.

Maybe my life appearance setting is a person who likes to walk constantly, meet different types of people, and experience different experiences.” Yu Bing said.

The beautiful moment when she opened the yoga mat during the trip, Yubing majored in marine biological resources and environment in the university.

She felt that her heart had not settled down yet when she was about to graduate.

She happened to be exposed to the concept of gap year, so she applied to work in New Zealand for vacation.

After returning to China, she joined a tourism company and did a job closely related to her hobby – travel.

At the same time, she also successfully persuaded her boss to accept her flexible working mode.

She did not need to stay in the office to work, she could walk around freely, and she would carry a computer with her to handle work, which was a way of life she wanted.

When she was a child, Yubing wrote three wishes of life.

The first one – travel, she has been practicing; The second wish is to be a reporter.

At present, she is writing a official account, which can be regarded as we media.

Maybe she will publish a book when she settles down again.

It should not be too far from realization; The third wish, to open an inn, has now evolved into a retreat center or small community.

People living there have a consensus that the most important lesson in life is spiritual practice.

Everyone has their own independent space and a place to interact with each other.

This is an ideal living state in her mind and also her ideal residence in the future.

This third wish is more or less related to yoga, and the acquaintance, encounter and acquaintance between Yubing and yoga are really the best arrangement.

The yoga teaching flag in 2017 has come true! Yoga originates from India, which may be arranged by itself.

In 2011, Yubing’s first overseas destination was India, but it has nothing to do with yoga.

That time, she went to participate in an international volunteer project.

The schedule was not very tight, and she had a lot of time to go around with her peers.

“I have always had a good impression of India, which is a very colorful country.

Interestingly, she and her friends once “picked up” a Russian boy on the road during the trip.

She didn’t pay special attention to his clothes at that time.

Later, when looking at the photos, she found out unexpectedly that the T-shirt he was wearing was Sivananda Yoga T-shirt, which was exactly the yoga genre that she had conscientiously studied for 200 hours of teacher training courses.

Yubing is a person with strong curiosity.

She tried yoga during her college life.

After graduation, she went to various yoga studios.

It is normal for her to buy course experience cards.

But she has never practiced in a yoga studio or with a yoga teacher seriously.

“At that time, my practice of yoga was still on the level of trying and exercising my body.” In 2013, when she went to New Zealand for work and vacation, she carried a yoga mat on her back.

She said that she did not plan to practice yoga all the way at that time.

The function of the yoga mat was more to serve as a simple shop when she needed to sleep at the airport or railway station.

Even so, Yubing always has a seed in her heart, that is, yoga is good, but she doesn’t know where it is good.

In 2017, after some exploration in the workplace, she decided to give herself a small holiday and live in Bali for half a year.

In order to earn some income, she gave full play to her expertise, designed a Bali travel route that combines yoga and diving, and organized and led domestic friends to play there.

The feature of this travel route is that she will cooperate with local yoga teachers to put yoga courses into it, and the feedback from friends is good.

In addition to the local yoga teachers, Yu Bing would also cooperate with domestic yoga teachers to design the travel training activities organized in Bali.

One of the yoga teachers encouraged Yu Bing to go to India to study Sivananda yoga for 200 hours, and told her that it would be a very unforgettable experience if she could celebrate her birthday in the meditation forest.

Coincidentally, Yubing’s birthday is during this training period.

What’s more, at the beginning of 2017, Yubing once set up a flag to learn yoga for 200 hours, because she wanted to know what yoga is.

At that time, when she heard the recommendation from her friends, she did not understand the details of the course content and the teacher carefully, so she decided to go to India for further study.

Sometimes, decisions in life need some determination and courage.

Yu Bing recalled the experience of teaching and training in India for one month, which was both enriching and challenging.

The first week was even more difficult for her..
