Many practitioners will have many questions at the beginning of the soup, such as whether they want to be vegetarian or not? For example, do you need additional training? For example, how to deal with the pain here and there? For example, how to do asanas and is it right We all have questions of one kind or another, and we are eager to find answers.

However, the most important thing for all the questions is not the answer but the time.

All the times of “looking for things urgently” are often the times when patience is most needed.

All the answers are in the practice.

As long as we are willing to give time to the practice, all the answers will naturally emerge.

Give practice time and let everything come to you.

Like the Japanese salutation that was practiced when I first walked into the classroom of Ah Tang, many beginners went from being in a hurry, to barely remembering the sequence of actions, to being unable to receive reminders about the details of actions, to gradually becoming familiar with the asanas so that their bodies could flow, to gradually knowing what each action was doing, instead of putting on a show, they were powerful, detailed, and mobile Breathing……

Sometimes it is only a class time to see the great changes in this group of postures, and sometimes it is only a few days to make it look like a complete Xiaobai.

The biggest constant in all these changes is just persistence, and the biggest variable is time.

Perhaps because of the changes of the times and the accelerated pace, we are always encouraged to ask many questions and need to find answers quickly to learn knowledge.

However, even the so-called good questions are still the outward exploration rather than the inward exploration.

In fact, it is often unclear whether the answers found quickly and the knowledge learned are shortcuts or obstacles.

I remember that when I was reading, the teacher encouraged everyone to ask questions.

I still remember that every time a question was thought out, I had some answers in my heart, so I thought about it and passed the question session.

Perhaps such memories and experiences make it easy for me to believe that all the answers are in my heart.

The same is true in today’s practice.

When there is a question, you may not be able to see the answer in your mind immediately as you did in reading, but you often give a little time, and the answer will emerge in the practice.

Even the question that looks like a big mountain blocking the view at this moment will eventually be slowly moved by fools in daily practice, so that we can see the answer and see the way.

Give practice time and let everything come to you.

Namaste.
