In 2017, in the second year of being a flight attendant, waist pain was caused by air flight and massage of heavy objects.
I heard that yoga has the effect of physiotherapy.
I went to the yoga studio to practice “imitating the cat and painting the tiger” with curiosity and trying attitude, hoping to relieve my back pain.
Practice three times a week, and unconsciously, the low back pain disappeared.
Continuous regular practice makes yoga a habit.
Break through yourself in asana exercises again and again.
In yoga meditation practice, talk to yourself and listen to yourself.
No longer impatient, but stop to slow down the pace and think more.
No longer feel anxious and uneasy about the unknown, but focus on the present and do things.
Because of thinking, concentration and devotion, the heart is naturally full of peace.
If alleviating physical pain is my expectation for yoga, then the inner peace brought by yoga meditation practice is a surprise – like a new bud in spring, sticking out of the wet soil one morning.
Because of surprise, yoga has changed from habit to love.
Having love is a kind of happiness and luxury.
Because of love, I can’t help but want to share.
In 2020, when the epidemic came and the aviation industry was pressed the pause button, my life suddenly vacated a lot of time.
Without any worry, I went to the next stop of my yoga journey: yoga teacher training.
Participating in yoga teacher training and becoming a yoga teacher is the best way for me to share my love and bring this health and peace to the people around me.
In 2021, I worked as a part-time yoga teacher while flying.
When I saw the changes in students’ lives, nothing was happier than this, which also made me more determined to be a yoga teacher.
In 2022, I quit my dream job as a steward and returned to Hangzhou from Singapore, starting my next journey to become a full-time yoga teacher.
In addition, he also created meyoga online studio with joye.
I hope to bring yoga to more people, so that they can pay more attention to their physical and mental health through yoga in a busy life.
Yoga will not end at the beginning.
