He usually likes playing tennis very much.

After the injury, he knew that if the wrist worked hard, it would hurt.

In fact, when playing tennis, he doesn’t need to exert force on his wrist when doing some movements.

As long as his wrist doesn’t hurt, the action is right.

The unexpected encounter between meditation and motorcycle Vince mentioned that in the process of practicing meditation, the practitioner is sometimes forced to enter the state of concentration, that is, he has to focus.

For example, when he rides a motorcycle in the mountains, he will unconsciously enter the state of concentration.

At the beginning, he was not familiar with the road and had not ridden the car for a long time.

The performance of the motorcycle was average.

He hoped that his riding would be safe, so he would enter a very focused state, which was a state of tension and concentration.

After riding for some time, he found that he could control the car.

Although the mountain road was rough, it was not so dangerous.

As long as he was careful, he could basically ensure safety.

Then, he will enter a more relaxed state, but his concentration will remain.

At that time, he felt very comfortable and even sang to himself in his helmet.

Riding a motorcycle through the mountains, he sometimes feels that the outside world can be isolated.

He just needs to focus on his own world, control the motorcycle and drive safely on the road.

Intersection of yoga and music Vince is an independent musician who likes to try various musical instruments.

He admitted that through yoga study, he learned that the mind cannot stop completely.

It fluctuates, but the frequency and speed of fluctuations will be different, and this fluctuation can be reflected in daily breathing.

When playing an instrument, this feeling is very strong.

Playing a musical instrument is a technical job.

The sound of playing will be unstable and may not last long.

If the sound is as smooth as that of an electronic organ, the playing instrument will have no life, and it will certainly fluctuate.

In practice, he found that playing musical instruments has a calming effect.

If he is anxious, angry or excited at the moment, he will not be able to play the desired effect.

Even if his skill is superb, the sound is likely to be chaotic.

Only when he decides to put other things aside and focus on playing the music first, can he blow a relatively stable melody.

This is quite similar to the state of daily yoga practice.

Looking at the above examples, it is not difficult to find that Vince is a very aware person, that is, he has keen observation.
