Five kinds of Yoga people, what kind do you belong to now?

The temptations of the world: fame, wealth, love, etc.

Yoga practitioners regard reaching the highest state of yoga as the ultimate goal of their life.

They are hidden in the city individually, and most of them are hidden in mountains, forests and caves.

Outside the sight of the world, they practice secret yoga in a way that ordinary people can’t imagine.

The fifth kind of people: yoga instructors who can realize the highest state of yoga and guide more people where their lives go can really be called yoga instructors.
