What happens when the abductor muscles are too weak: · so many people will rise and fall on one side of the pelvis in the one leg tree pose, which is not easy to balance.
Test your adductor abductor muscles: · stand with both feet the same width as the hip · find the awareness of the stable parallel surface of the pelvis · hold the chair with the right hand to lift the left leg, and pay attention to keeping the height of the pelvis on the premise that both feet are the same width as the hip · if you can stand stably, The body is in the neutral position and the pelvis is in a straight line.
The abductor muscle is weak, so the pelvis cannot keep the horizontal line when walking.

Not only do you stretch the adductor muscle, but also the activation of the abductor muscle is very important: · both beam angle and double angle can stretch the adductor muscle.
