The solution to knee pain: pad a blanket, step on the ground with your toes, and quit if it hurts too much.

If you don’t practice this pose, you can’t press the instep first.

This is one of the reasons for knee pain.

The back pressure of the foot can drive the front side of the lower leg to press the ground and transfer part of the pressure of the knee.

The knee hurts.

The blanket under the knee is as high as the instep.

Try to adjust it yourself while practicing.

Many postures can be used to press the ground on the instep.

The most classic is King Kong kneeling.

King Kong kneeling can sit down comfortably and find a feeling of pressing the ground on the instep.

There is no strength in the thigh clip, which is also one of the reasons for knee pain.

The thigh can be clamped up and lifted, and it can also reduce the pressure on the knee.

This is going back to the mountain leg again.

The hip is stuck and can’t be pushed out.

When I first started practicing, my thigh couldn’t be perpendicular to the ground.

There is an acute angle.

The groin hip doesn’t fit very well.

It’s better now, but it’s still not much better.

It can be inferred from this stuck condition that the posture similar to hip opening can not be done.

They are all universal.

It is obvious that the chest can’t push up, and it can’t bend back.

It doesn’t have any elasticity at all, but it takes all its strength.

6 shrug your shoulders and neck.

You can’t put your head back and connect your shoulders and neck together.

There’s no space in your neck.

It’s very uncomfortable to hang your head, neither up nor down.

If you have all the above five exercises, first step back and practice other basic postures, such as hip opening, shoulder opening and leg strength.

Practice for a period of time, and then practice camel pose to test whether your physical condition has improved recently.

I don’t have the practice experience of camel leaning against the wall.

I only have a stiff body.

Now I want to roll my eyes and sigh when I hear the back bend split.

This camel is just a basic pose 🌝 I wish you all a deep breath and a happy practice.

When I was studying basic Hatha, there were more than 100 individual styles in the book “light of yoga”.

In fact, there were some differences, including several museums I went to.

I don’t know whether it was keeping pace with the times or because the teachers were different, the teaching was different.

And you?.
