How to understand your ability in practice? Yoga is a very demanding subject

.

Therefore, in order to understand the ability of practicing postures or regulating breath, we must judge the body’s ability through mental thinking

.

If the mind is not willing to cooperate, yoga will become a heavy and boring subject

.

The body and mind must accept and be ready to practice at the same time

.

If you can’t judge, you should ask an experienced teacher what and how much to practice

.

Sometimes the body sleeps, sometimes the mind is dull

Just as psychologists treat depression and schizophrenia, and physical therapists treat the body with dysplasia or disability, practicing Yoga also requires the will power (ICC hasakti) to trigger the body and mind to practice

Such postures as adhomukhavrksaisana, pincamayurasana and adhomukha can be repeated two or three times to release energy to the body, mind and nerves, because they can eliminate dullness and stimulate the enthusiasm of the practitioners

Using the straight stick with the feet retracted and supported, the viparitakarani in the head handstand stimulates the neural layer of the body, which is the bridge between the physical layer and the psychological layer
