It’s better to prepare a yoga brick

① Put the two yoga bricks vertically and parallel, keep a certain distance from the shoulders, put the elbows on the yoga bricks, keep relaxed and bend

Exhale, shift your weight to the top of your head, and take your breath to the armpit or shoulder area
